Mayor says demand is high for commodities

Since 6 a.m., residents lined up at the Mangilao and Barrigada food commodity distribution sites.

We went to the food commodities distributions held in the central villages which both had over a hundred cars lining up three hours before it began.

At the old carnival grounds in Tiyan, the Barrigada mayor’s office gave out 750 packages of frozen and dry goods from the TEFAP Food program and the USDA.
