Deputy Chief Minister Prestone Tynsong today urged wholesalers and retailers to not hoard or indulge in black marketing which will result in artificial shortage and panic buying, further stating that Deputy Commissioners of respective districts are monitoring market traders and stern action will be taken against those who overcharge their customers or hike prices of essential commodities
